Pregnancy care with presence and attention.

Pregnancy changes the body every day. Classical Pilates, in individual format or in pairs as needed, allows work on breathing, mobility, strength and comfort without transforming such a singular phase into a protocol.

How care works

Strength, breathing and relief with safety.

The session respects the stage of pregnancy, the symptoms of the day and the release of obstetric monitoring.

The work may involve hip and spine mobility, pelvic-floor awareness, breathing, stability, taping and manual comfort resources, such as rebozo, when they make sense for that stage of pregnancy.

In the postpartum period, the return is guided with attention to recovery, real-life routine and the changes that continue in the body. The goal is to rebuild function, not rush stages.

Real care

Real pregnancy care, adapted to each moment.

Work on the equipment makes it possible to adjust load, range and rhythm with care, respecting the stage of pregnancy, breathing and the body response during the session.

These images show closely guided practice: exercise is not treated as a fixed sequence, but as a clinical and body-aware choice based on assessment, safety and the comfort of the pregnant patient.
