Balance
Stability and postural reaction training to reduce insecurity in movements.
html
The goal is to keep the body available for life: getting up, walking, balancing, climbing stairs, carrying weight and trusting your own movement again.

These sessions work on balance, mobility and strength at your own pace, with safety and presence. Pilates can be individual or in pairs; physiotherapy is individual.
Each session considers pain history, surgeries, fear of falling, medications, routine and practical objectives. Training uses everyday tasks, such as getting up from a chair and climbing steps, and advances in stages: stability first, then range, functional strength and confidence.
The progression is technical and careful, and autonomy is treated as part of health.
Students in a studio session: supported squat on the Cadillac and a sit-to-stand drill with a ball on the Chair. Everyday-task exercises, with load and range adjusted to each person.
